Lite and Pro include an optional 30-day free trial you choose at checkout. Add your card up front, use the full plan for a month, and it converts automatically at day 30 unless you cancel first. One trial per workspace. Team plans start right away without a trial.
No key needed. Every plan includes monthly AI credits on our keys: 50 on Free, 100 on Lite, 1,000 on Pro, and unlimited under fair use on Team. When you need more, top up with a credit pack any time, and paid plans can also bring their own AI key.
Top up with a one-time credit pack ($5 for 500, $10 for 1,000, $20 for 2,500) that never expires, or wait for next month's credits. On a paid plan you can also add your own AI key, and Orbit switches to it automatically when your monthly credits run out so you are never blocked.
Both are the full CRM: unlimited contacts, pipelines, campaigns, invoices, automations, and custom domains. Pro carries a real AI workload (1,000 credits a month versus 100 on Lite) and adds the MCP server, so you can drive Orbit from Claude, plus the meeting recorder.
