Orbit's 16 agents each have one job and one rule: nothing they produce sends without your approval. A draft email, a call plan, a flagged duplicate, all of it arrives as a card you approve, edit, or dismiss. The agents run on your own API keys. You add an AI model key, and optionally Firecrawl, Apify, or YouTube keys for prospecting and Vapi for voice. The preferences worth getting right
A few settings shape how the whole team behaves. Tune these and the cards arrive the way you want.
- Follow-up delay: how many quiet days trigger a draft. Lower means more reminders, higher means fewer.
- Calling hours: the window voice agents may dial inside, in your time zone. Set this before enabling any voice agent.
- Daily call cap: the most calls a voice agent will make in a day. It defaults conservative and you raise it as you gain trust.
- Do-not-call list: numbers voice agents must never dial. Add anyone sensitive before you turn voice on.
- Prospecting keys: add Firecrawl, Apify, or YouTube keys only if you want Niko and Kai hunting the open web for new leads.
